A Thousand People, One Mission: Remembering AST2 Tyler Jaggers

AST2 Tyler Jaggers was the first Coast Guard rescue swimmer to die in a non-crash mishap in the 42 years since the program began. Considering the constant danger rescue swimmers face, this is a testament to their proficiency, preparation, and courage.
