Coast Guard Rugby Foundation Celebrates America 250 with Jersey Fundraiser
The Coast Guard Rugby Foundation launched a new fundraising effort this month in honor of America 250.
The Coast Guard Foundation partners with the Coast Guard Rugby Foundation to provide support for the service wide rugby teams.
Offered at $100 per purchase, proceeds from the sale of the special rugby jersey will support both the Coast Guard service rugby teams as they prepare and participate in the Armed Forces Rugby Championships this summer, and the Coast Guard Foundation spouse education grant program.
The jersey design features:
• the official America 250 logo on the left sleeve
• Coast Guard Rugby logo on the left pocket
• Coast Guard logo on the right sleeve
• Coast Guard Rugby Foundation logo on the back
• iconic Coast Guard racing stripes across the front and back
• three color options – white, black and red
• the opportunity to add your favorite number to the back of the jersey
• adult and youth sizes available
Coast Guard Rugby America 250 jerseys may be ordered until August 31 with shipping expected to occur in October.
Coast Guard Rugby has conducted an annual jersey fundraiser since 2023 and raised more than $2,000 for the service rugby team and the Foundation’s spouse education grant program.
