The Coast Guard Foundation accepts donated sail and power boats for use in various waterfront programs including maritime training activities, intercollegiate sailing competitions and long-distance ocean racing programs at the Coast Guard Academy, Auxiliary safety patrols and Coast Guard morale boats.

- Complete the necessary donation paperwork provided by the Coast Guard Foundation
- Claim your tax deduction. You will receive an official letter and IRS form from the Coast Guard Foundation to be submitted with your tax return
